We are looking for you to join our team in the Finance Department in PolandGdyniaasAccountant (f/m/d) as soon as possible.

• Post bank statements.
• Process incoming invoices using the company's invoice workflow system in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Post supplier invoices in SAP S/4HANA.
• Process and reconcile business travel expenses.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Reconcile payment card receipts.
• Prepare sales and cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on finance and accounting processes.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly accrual reports.
• Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
• Support internal and external audits.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable accounting role.
• Business English skills at B2 level or higher.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of Polish accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
