Then welcome to the Wild Ones.\nWe are looking for you to join our team in the FinanceDepartment at our headquarters in Idstein as a Financial Controller (f/m/d) as soon as possible.\nOur company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.\nResponsibility for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting\nPreparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance tracking\nMonitoring financial performance and deriving actionable recommendations\nSupport of month-end and year-end closing processes in close cooperation with Accounting\nEnsuring proper financial controls to safeguard local assets, including inventory and warehouse-related investments\nMonitoring and controlling expenses, ensuring correct approval processes (PRs, contracts, invoices)\nEnsuring compliance with internal policies, financial guidelines, and audit requirements\nSupporting internal and external audits\nConducting profitability, cost, and investment analyses to support operational and strategic decisions\nIdentifying risks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities\nActing as a key finance contact for local stakeholders and management\nMonitoring inventory performance (e.g. stock levels, movements, valuation) and ensuring transparency and accuracy\nSupporting continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and data quality\nDriving efficiency and clarity in financial reporting and controlling processes\nCompleted degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a comparable field\nMinimum 6 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting\nWillingness to travel between our headquarters and our warehouse location in Neu Wulmstorf to ensure close collaboration and support of local business operations.
