Create Your Future.\nJack Laurie Group is seeking a motivated, competitive, and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager.\nThis role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction project management. You will work directly alongside an experienced Project Manager while gaining hands-on experience in estimating, bidding, project execution, customer management, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across multiple trades.\nDuring your first 6-12 months, you will follow a structured development path designed to prepare you to take ownership of your own projects and customer relationships.\nOur goal is simple: develop the next generation of Project Managers who can successfully manage their own projects, customers, and book of business.\nWhat You'll Do\nWork alongside an experienced Project Manager and learn all aspects of commercial construction project management.\n\nAssist with bidding, estimating, takeoffs, and proposal preparation.\n\nBuild relationships with customers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.\n\nParticipate in project meetings and jobsite visits.\n\nCoordinate project schedules and communicate with multiple trades.\n\nAssist with project documentation, costs, change orders, and customer communications.\n\nHelp develop solutions to project challenges while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.\n\nLearn the financial side of project management, including job costing, profitability, forecasting, and project performance.\n\nDevelop the skills and experience necessary to independently
