reconciling bank accounts; auditing shift banking transactions; taking inventories of inmates' property; and maintaining accounting files, bank account signature cards and money documents.\n\nTrains new records staff in accounting and other processes; performs the duties of other unit positions during absences; and provides information regarding inmates on a need-to-know basis.\n\nDistributes work assignments and monitors work performance; serving on-call 24 hours to answer questions or respond when the need arises;
