\nGathers, records, maintains and analyzes a variety of data such as zoning, asking and selling prices, income and building costs\nReceives and investigates complaints about property assessments, makes reappraisals and submits recommendations at hearings. \nPrepares and supports technical cases for the Board of Equalization hearings and State Tax Commission hearings.\n Minimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or its equivalent.\nMust have successfully completed 75 hours required for state license. \nOne year assessment experience.\nMust complete 1000 hours experience for state test within (6) months.\nMust possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License.\nMust submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.\nIf you like wild growth and
