This is achieved by learning about the industry, Jackson, and how the products we sell fit into a client's overall financial planning and retirement strategy. The Internal Wholesaler Training Program is designed to help an individual develop the skills necessary to become an Internal Wholesaler or RIA Internal Consultant within approximately 5-8 months after being hired.\nEssential Responsibilities\nObtains SIE, Series 6, 63 and State Life Insurance License registration within 90 days. Additional FINRA licensing may be required.\nCompletes assigned projects in a timely manner.\nLearns Jackson's systems, sales model, and products.\nParticipates in trainings and develops knowledge of the financial services industry.\nWorks with Internal Wholesalers and RIA Internal Consultants to learn about the wholesaling role, territory management, and product sales.\nCompletes New Hire Product Training and Supplemental Training.\nOther Duties\nPerforms other duties and/or projects as assigned.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nPossesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.\nIs detail and process oriented.\nPossesses a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills, and a strong desire to learn and succeed.\nHas critical thinking and analytical skills.\nDemonstrates ability to be self-driven and follow through as directed by management.\nEnjoys working in a competitive environment.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.\n\nExperience working in a professional office environment preferred.\n\nFINRA SIE, FINRA Series 6 or 7, FINRA Series 63, State Insurance License required.\n\nIf required registration(s) is not held by the applicant, the individual will have 90 days to obtain the required registration(s), but will be limited in job function until complete registration(s) is obtained .\n\nJackson is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
