(i.e. case/transaction handling time, gain/loss transactions, adherence to documentation/verification standards, etc.)\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nAbility to learn and understand basic life and annuity product information.\n\nBasic understanding of financial implications arising from processing errors.\n\nAbility to read and carry out detailed written procedures.\n\nGood verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with coworkers, management and external customers.\n\nAbility to communicate company processing requirements and procedures.\n\nAbility to navigate and utilize multiple software and mainframe computer applications.\n\nAbility to type 35 words per minute.\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment.\n\nAbility to effectively manage the demands of a high volume, imaged based work environment.\n\n Education and Experience Required\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).\n\n0-1 year work experience.\n\nBenefits and Compensation\nHourly pay rate of $20.60\n\nPromotional consideration (twice annually)\n\nAnnual bonus and merit programs\n\nAnnual paid time off and 10 paid holidays\n\n401(k) contributions\n\nCertifications, Licenses, Registrations\nFINRA Series 6 license required for associates servicing variable annuity and/or variable life lines of business, within 180 days of hire.\n\nJackson is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
