You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations, to ensure new products and processes meet aerospace industry standards, customer specifications, and production requirements.\nResponsibilities\nLead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for aerospace components, including aircraft engine components and related precision-engineered parts, from initial development through production implementation.\nDevelop, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing and repair processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with aerospace industry requirements.\nManage assigned engineering projects, ensuring technical objectives, budgets, resources, and project timelines are achieved.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful product and process launches.\nSupport the development and optimisation of aerospace component designs, manufacturing methods, and repair solutions to meet customer specifications and performance requirements.\nApply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance production efficiency, process capability, product quality, and cost effectiveness.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement through root cause analysis, engineering problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product and process performance and drive continuous improvement.\nLead technical troubleshooting and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve manufacturing and production issues.\nEvaluate and improve manufacturing tooling, equipment, inspection methods, and production processes to support new product requirements.\nEnsure engineering documentation, technical specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures are accurately prepared and maintained.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders and customers to address technical requirements and ensure engineering solutions meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations.\nProvide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to junior engineering staff.\nSupport engineering activities across manufacturing, laboratory, and production environments, with occasional business travel as required.\n Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, aircraft engine component manufacturing, MRO, or precision engineering.\nExperience in New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, manufacturing engineering, or product engineering within an aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environment.\nGood command of English, both written and spoken (minimum TOEIC score of 800).\nUnderstanding of aerospace engineering principles, including aerodynamics, material properties, thermal performance, and heat transfer.\nFamiliarity with aircraft engine components, aerospace manufacturing processes, component repair methods, and inspection requirements.\nKnowledge of manufacturing and repair processes, including machining, casting, precision manufacturing, and component inspection.\nExperience with 3D CAD modelling, engineering drawings, and finite element analysis (FEA) is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with metrology and dimensional inspection equipment, such as CMM, white-light or laser scanning systems, and precision measuring instruments.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nTHB30000 -
