Monday-Friday Working Schedule (08:30 - 17:30)Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, including job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer preparation, and hiring progress tracking.\nManage employee onboarding processes, including document verification, employment contracts, orientation programs, fingerprint registration, uniforms, PPE arrangements, and employee record creation.\nPrepare, validate, and reconcile payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, benefits, deductions, and employee master data changes.\nAdminister employee benefits and welfare programs, maintain enrollment records, process claims and changes, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and HR policies.\nMaintain and update employee information in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy of compensation, benefits, attendance, organizational structure, and employment records.\nManage employee lifecycle administration, including new hires, probation confirmations, transfers, contract amendments, employee separations, and related HR documentation.\nPrepare HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, employee ID cards, employment letters, and other personnel-related documentation.\nHandle employee inquiries regarding payroll, attendance, leave, benefits, company policies, and HR procedures while escalating complex issues when appropriate.\nGenerate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and benefits using Excel and HR systems.\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, audits, and regular data-quality checks to ensure HR information remains accurate, reliable, and confidential.\nCoordinate Welfare Committee activities, maintain meeting records, and support the implementation of employee welfare and well-being initiatives.\nSupport employee engagement programs, internal activities, recognition programs, surveys, communications, and other HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on HR projects, process improvements, audits, compliance activities, and continuous enhancement of HR operations.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits, Recruitment, or Employee Data Management.\nPractical knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, overtime calculation, leave administration, employee benefits, onboarding, and HR documentation.\nExperience using HRIS, payroll systems, time-attendance systems, or employee databases.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.\nHigh attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality when handling employee information.\nStrong communication, coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nGood command of Thai and English.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring payroll and HR deadlines.\nManufacturing industry
