(7.30 - 16.30)Responsibilities:Manage product quality risks through FMEA, Control Plans, inspections, and quality standards.\nDevelop and maintain quality control systems, inspection instructions, and related documentation.\nIdentify, track, and resolve quality issues and non-conformances before they impact customers.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams.\nLead production quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma and Poka-Yoke.\nDrive defect prevention, right-first-time performance, and zero-defect objectives.\nMonitor and improve production processes and quality outputs.\nMaintain quality records and support quality awareness and training activities.\nEnsure all work complies with company procedures, EASA Part 21, and EHS requirements.\nSupport special projects and other quality-related activities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.\nHands-on knowledge of quality tools, non-conformance management, tracking, and calibration.\nGood command of English.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.\nStrong quality awareness, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nDemonstrates customer focus,
