# Production Quality Engineer

Our client is a leading international company in the aviation industry seeking a Production Quality Engineer to ensure product and process quality, maintain compliance with EASA requirements, and drive defect prevention and continuous improvement across production lines. The role will lead quality improvement initiatives, resolve non-conformances, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve zero-defect and customer quality objectives.Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7.30 - 16.30)Responsibilities:Manage product quality risks through FMEA, Control Plans, inspections, and quality standards. Develop and maintain quality control systems, inspection instructions, and related documentation. Identify, track, and resolve quality issues and non-conformances before they impact customers. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams. Lead production quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma and Poka-Yoke. Drive defect prevention, right-first-time performance, and zero-defect objectives. Monitor and improve production processes and quality outputs.
