This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement across production and operational processes.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all quality-related activities across the organization\nManage external certification and surveillance audits, including ISO 9001, BRC, and other relevant standards\nConduct internal and cross-functional audits to ensure compliance with established quality requirements\nEnsure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and customer requirements for raw materials and finished products\nEvaluate and qualify raw materials through laboratory testing, trials, and technical reporting\nOversee laboratory operations, ensuring proper functionality, organization, and maintenance\nEstablish standardized laboratory testing procedures and test plans, coordinating technical matters with the international headquarters laboratory\nManage customer and supplier complaints, including investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and product standards\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline\nStrong quality-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of overall quality performance\nStructured, analytical, and systematic approach to problem-solving and decision-making\nGood understanding of quality management systems and manufacturing processes\nFluent in both Thai and English, with strong communication and coordination skills\nExperience working with ISO 9001 and BRC standards\nBackground in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries\nHands-on experience with laboratory testing, material qualification, and technical trials\nExperience managing quality audits and handling customer or supplier
