# SMT Production Supervisor

Our client is a European-headquartered global Tier-1 automotive technology supplier and a long-standing partner to the world’s leading carmakers and new mobility players. Its Chonburi plant manufactures automotive electronics for driving assistance and in-cabin comfort systems including parking and ADAS sensors, camera modules, electronic control units and interior control panels built on high-volume, high-mix SMT/PCBA lines to strict automotive quality standards (IATF 16949). The SMT Production Supervisor leads an autonomous production zone covering the SMT/PCBA lines, accountable for people, standards, daily output and continuous improvement against Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Management (SQCDM) targets.
