This role owns the design, delivery and continuous improvement of all training programs across the site, ensuring the workforce meets aviation regulatory standards (FAA, CAAC, CAAT, EASA) while building a strong bench of internal subject matter experts.ResponsibilitiesDesign and coordinate all training programs, both outsourced and in-house\nSelect and implement appropriate training methods and activities for varied audiences\nDeliver training fluently in both English and Thai, as required\nDesign, develop and implement English proficiency and language development programs\nProvide guidance on session content, tools, techniques and procedures to stakeholders\nConduct training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps\nApply company and aviation-industry training and education principles across all programs\nDesign, prepare and order educational aids and materials\nAssess instructional effectiveness and analyze the impact of training on employee performance\nCompile post-training Lessons Learned and debrief points\nPartner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject-matter experts on instructional design\nMaintain an updated curriculum database and training records\nHost Train-the-Trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts\nManage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment\nMeet or exceed company, customer and regulatory performance standards\nEnsure adherence to aviation authority regulations (FAA, CAAC, CAAT, EASA) and company safety/quality policy\nLead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, promoting lean 5S methodology\nFacilitate cross-functional ERP training to enhance user proficiency\nDrive Root Cause Analyses within the department using structured methodologies\nCoordinate and work closely across all levels of the organization, including senior management, program/team leaders and individual contributors\nTake ownership for the prevention of work-related injury, ill health and accidents, and for environmental protection arising from training activities\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree.\n10+ years of experience in the Airlines / Aviation industry\n10+ years of experience in a Training function\nMinimum 12 years of demonstrable, advanced experience developing and overseeing complex training programs (delivered in English and Thai) within high-risk / high-reliability environments, including aviation industry experience\nSelf-motivated with a genuine willingness to expand own knowledge\nStrong teamwork ethic and ability to foster good rapport across the organization\nAble to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required\nHigh attention to precision and detail\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nSafety-conscious
