Key Account Manager, Modern Trade Thailand

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is mainly responsible for managing and developing key-accounts and improving the results of the key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts, driving growth and improving results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
- Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans with clients.
- Monitor client profitability and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
- Ensure strong in-store execution and activation of products.
- Collaborate with international teams on annual planning and local market insights.

For this role as a Key Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
University degree :- Business management or relevant
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management.
- FMCG experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Energetic, passionate, and agile, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
