We’ll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the greater Vancouver, WA area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

• Be the face of our brand-connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

• Compensation: $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.

Requirements

• Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required.
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers at events and in a retail setting.
• Must be prepared to memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads.
