In this role, the Indirect Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier relationships, support contract administration, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to procurement success in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Duties of the Indirect Sourcing Specialist\nStrategic Sourcing Support\nSupport sourcing projects across various indirect spend categories.\nAssist in executing competitive bidding processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.\nCollect and analyze supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial terms.\nPerform cost analyses and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.\nResearch market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments.\nSupplier Management\nSupport supplier onboarding and qualification activities.\nMaintain supplier records and documentation in company systems.\nMonitor supplier performance, delivery, service levels, and compliance requirements.\nAssist in resolving supplier performance issues and implementation challenges.\nParticipate in supplier review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.\nContract Administration\nCoordinate contract review and approval processes with internal stakeholders.\nMaintain contract files and ensure timely renewal tracking.\nSupport compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations.\nMonitor contract expiration dates and assist with renewal negotiations.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Distribution, Marketing, and other departments to understand purchasing needs.\nSupport internal customers in identifying sourcing opportunities and selecting suppliers.\nEnsure procurement activities align with business requirements and company policies.\nFinancial Analysis & Reporting\nTrack sourcing project results and savings initiatives.\nSupport budget planning and spend analysis activities.\nAssist with invoice discrepancy investigations and supplier payment inquiries.\nPrepare reports and presentations for management review.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.\nSupport implementation of procurement best practices and standardization efforts.\nMaintain accurate procurement data and reporting metrics.\nOther duties as assigned\nCompensation for Indirect Sourcing Specialist\n$85,000 + (Based on experience)\nRequirements\nExperience & Qualifications\n\n3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management, preferably within indirect spend categories.\nExperience working with ERP systems and procurement tools;
