This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of material transactions, supplier delivery tracking, inventory controls, and coordination between production, warehouse, and purchasing teams. This role serves as a key link between system accuracy and physical inventory movement, ensuring materials are received, transacted, stored, and consumed properly to support production and customer fulfillment.\nHourly Pay: $26.00+ (Depending on experience)\nSchedule: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm) *Must be open to overtime*\nKey Responsibilities of a Materials Coordinator\nMaterial and Delivery Management\nMonitor and track inbound supplier deliveries to ensure timely receipt and material availability. \nCoordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and Warehouse teams to expedite critical materials and resolve shortages. \nReview delivery schedules and communicate risks that may impact production plans. \nPartner with Production and Warehouse teams to establish daily material priorities. \nCommunicate material shortages, receiving delays, and inventory concerns to relevant stakeholders. \nAct as a liaison between office-based planning functions and warehouse operations. \nInventory and Transaction Control\nAudit and verify receiving, inventory movement, production consumption, and adjustment transactions within ERP systems. \nEnsure all inventory transactions are executed accurately and in a timely manner. \nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. \nSupport cycle counting and physical inventory activities. \nWarehouse Process Improvement\nLead warehouse and materials management improvement projects. \nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, space utilization, and transaction discipline. \nDevelop standardized operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency. \nMonitor warehouse capacity and raise concerns regarding storage constraints and operational risks. \nReporting and Analysis\nGenerate and analyze inventory and material flow reports. \nTrack key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving performance, transaction compliance, and warehouse efficiency. \nProvide recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement. \nRequirements\nQualifications for Materials Coordinator\nBachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred. \n3+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain. \nExperience coordinating across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning teams. \nStrong understanding of ERP systems and inventory transactions. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools. \nStrong analytical, organizational,
