The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing daily service and installation operations and activities. Drives customer satisfaction via strong customer relations, high quality service and efficient scheduling, strong organization and overcoming service, scheduling and installation obstacles.\n*Experience with Service/Repair scheduling is highly preferred*\nRequirements of a Service Coordinator:\nAddress customer complaints and service-related issues promptly with a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations in a professional manner.\nPossess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of installation.\nSchedule and coordinate service calls of all natures which would include plumbing (cartridges, showers heads, handhelds).
