This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive cost efficiencies, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure our warehouse, facility, and office service contracts align with business objectives. The Supply Chain Contract Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and legal partners to oversee the contract lifecycle, negotiate favorable terms, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong negotiation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to managing vendor relationships in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nRequirements of Supply Chain Contract Administrator:\nPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, Legal, and other functional teams to support contract-related requirements. \nManage contract activities from project initiation through completion, ensuring requirements, milestones, and deadlines are met.\nLead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, including supplier outreach, bid analysis, pricing negotiations, and contract award recommendations.\nNegotiate pricing, commercial terms, service scopes, payment terms, and contract renewals to achieve optimal business value.\nConduct supplier evaluations, including assessments of capability, capacity, financial stability, service performance, and total cost.\nCoordinate contract reviews with Legal and internal stakeholders and manage approval workflows through execution.\nSupport supplier onboarding activities, site access coordination, implementation planning, and issue resolution.\nMonitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs), driving corrective actions when necessary.\nClosely partner with Finance to validate invoices and ensure billing accuracy in accordance with contract terms.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities focused on cost reduction, service enhancement, quality improvement, and process efficiency.\nResearch and qualify alternative suppliers to support sourcing initiatives, risk mitigation, and business continuity.\nMaintain contract records, renewal schedules, and supplier performance metrics\nTrack supplier performance, risks, and contractual commitments to ensure service expectations are consistently achieved.\nDetails of Supply Chain Contract Administrator\nRemote work; Monday- Friday 8-5pm\n$70,000 + (Depending on experience) \nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications of Supply Chain Contract Administrator:\n3-5 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and contract review required;
