Designer, Workflow Editor, and Service Portal widgets.\n\nLead implementation of technical changes derived from ServiceNow family release upgrades,\n\nensuring progression and regression testing via Automated Test Framework (ATF).\n\n Advanced Scripting, Integration & Automation\nAuthor and maintain complex server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules,\n\nScript Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize robust integrations with third-party systems (Active Directory, Workday, Okta, and custom APIs) using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.\n Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery\nPartner with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to translate\n\nbusiness requirements into technical design specifications.\n\nContribute directly to monthly story point velocity commitments (500 SP/hrs monthly team\n\ncapacity) while adhering to strict Sprint SLAs.\n\nProvide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to mid-level ServiceNow\n\ndevelopers.\n\n Performance Optimization, Escalations & L3 Support\nPerform advanced troubleshooting, performance tuning, and database query\n\noptimization to ensure application responsiveness.\n\nTriage critical bugs, resolve erratic system behaviors, manage data loads, and oversee user\n\nadministration/security access patterns.\n\nBuild custom Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics to track KPIs across\n\noperational workflows.\n\nKey Requirements & Qualifications\n\nExperience: 6-8+ years of hands-on technical experience developing on the ServiceNow\n\nplatform in an enterprise or managed service environment.\n\nCertifications (Preferred):\n\n○ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\n\n○ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\n\n○ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or SPM (a strong plus).\n\nTechnical Proficiency\n\n○ Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), JSON, and XML.\n\n○ Deep experience with CMDB configuration, Data Models, and CSDM (Common\n\nService Data Model) principles.\n\n○ Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Flow\n\nDesigner, and IntegrationHub.\n\nMethodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and managed services SLA
