This is a hands-on role where you will work across software, APIs, cloud, data, and AI.\nWhat You'll Do\nUnderstand customer problems and turn them into technical solutions.\nDesign, build, integrate, and deploy solutions.\nDevelop and work with APIs, applications, databases, and cloud platforms.\nTroubleshoot and fix technical issues in production.\nWork with AI/GenAI and automation where required.\nWork closely with customers, Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams.\nTake ownership of solutions from problem to production.\nContinuously improve solutions based on customer feedback.\nExplain technical solutions clearly to customers and business stakeholders.\nWhat We're Looking For\n8–15 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Integration, Implementation, or Technical Consulting.\nStrong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.\nGood understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.\nExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills.\nExperience working with customers or business stakeholders.\nExposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or automation is a plus.\nComfortable working independently and solving ambiguous problems.\nGood communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nWhat Does a Successful FDE Look Like\nUnderstand the problem Design the solution Build it Integrate it Deploy it Debug it Improve it Demonstrate business impact\nYou don't need to have worked as an FDE before.
