The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices, and a proactive approach to managing and mitigating cyber risks.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities : \n\n- Audit, Harden and suggest mitigation on improving overall Cyber Security posture at Jakson Group Level.\n\n- Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.\n\n- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cybersecurity practices are integrated across all business functions.\n\n- Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks and implement mitigation strategies.\n\n- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential threats.\n\n- Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including containment, eradication, and recovery.\n\n- Develop and maintain incident response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness.\n\n- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.\n\n- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices - ISO 27001.\n\n- Prepare and present regular reports on cybersecurity posture, incidents, and improvements to senior management.\n\n- Oversee the implementation and management of security monitoring tools and technologies.\n\n- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for employees to promote awareness and safe practices.\n\n- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to enhance the organization's security posture.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
