The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, expertise in software engineering best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient technology solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.\n\n- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical discussions.\n\n- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and application components.\n\n- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.\n\n- Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software reliability.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Contribute to architectural decisions and recommend appropriate technical solutions.\n\n- Support application deployment, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering team.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- Strong experience in software development and application engineering.\n\n- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Go.\n\n- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and design principles.\n\n- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and backend services.\n\n- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL;
