This role partners with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise technology standards.\nThe Salesforce Architect serves as the technical authority for Salesforce-related initiatives, ensuring that application design, integrations, data management, security, and platform scalability support current and future business needs. \nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nDefine and maintain Salesforce architecture standards and roadmaps. \nDesign scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and related products. \nTranslate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs. \nEnsure platform capabilities are leveraged effectively before custom development is considered. \nIntegration & Data Management \nDesign and govern integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications such as ERP, WMS, eCommerce, and middleware platforms. \nDefine API architecture, authentication standards, data mappings, and integration patterns. \nEstablish data ownership, data governance, and system-of-record principles. \nEnsure data quality, consistency, and lifecycle management across interconnected systems. \nTechnical Leadership \nProvide architectural guidance to developers, administrators, and project teams. \nReview solution designs, code, configurations, and integrations for quality and compliance with standards. \nLead architecture reviews and identify technical risks and mitigation strategies. \nMentor Salesforce developers and administrators.\nGovernance & Security\nEstablish platform governance practices, design standards, and best practices. \nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements. \nDefine role-based access controls, sharing models, and data security frameworks. \nSupport platform performance monitoring and optimization. Project Delivery \nParticipate in project discovery, requirements analysis, and solution estimation. \nEvaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption strategies. \nCollaborate with vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. \nSupport testing, deployment planning, and production readiness activities. \nQualifications Required \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. \n8+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions. \n3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect role. \nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and development. \nExperience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, and cloud-based integration platforms. \nExperience with enterprise application environments involving ERP, CRM, and digital platforms. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred \nSalesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credentials.\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ and Experience Cloud. \nExperience with middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration technologies.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or enterprise operations environments.
