shipping options.\nMonitor the phone queue and respond to questions from end users and customers.\nCollaborate with the larger Sales Support team on ongoing projects and initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support various departments and business needs.\nMaintain and update departmental documentation, processes, and procedures.\n\nSkills\nWell-organized in both workspace management
