About the Role:

In this exciting, high-impact GTM role, you will partner with the industry's top innovators, helping them harness the power of Jama Connect to deliver the next generation of software-defined vehicles and advanced engineering systems.

You will lead Jama Software's Automotive business across Europe and selected markets in Asia, engaging with many of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 suppliers, and engineering organizations.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and leverage strategic relationships across Europe's leading automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, engineering service providers, and software ecosystem partners.
• Leverage both inbound demand and targeted outbound strategies to identify, qualify, and advance high-value opportunities.
• Engage engineering, product development, IT, digital transformation, and executive stakeholders to understand complex product development challenges.
• Position Jama Connect against incumbent engineering lifecycle and requirements management platforms by articulating compelling business and technical differentiation.
• Design and execute long-term account strategies that expand Jama's presence across the automotive engineering ecosystem.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated success selling complex enterprise software or engineering technology solutions into automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or other organizations within the automotive engineering software ecosystem.
• A well-established, highly credible professional network within the automotive engineering software ecosystem and the ability to leverage existing relationships to create new opportunities.
• Professional fluency in English is required. Additional language capabilities appropriate to the assigned territory, including German for candidates supporting the German market, are highly desirable.
• Deep, practical understanding of requirements management, systems engineering, ALM, PLM, digital engineering, engineering software, or similarly complex enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to apply consultative, value-based sales methodologies to build executive relationships and guide organizations through strategic technology transformation.
• A growth mindset centered on curiosity, continuous learning, and coachability.
• Ability to balance strategic business development with thoughtful qualification, opportunity development, and long-term account growth across a complex enterprise territory.
