technical support and troubleshooting.\nRespond professionally to calls and emails from customers and internal teams.\nMonitor network systems, alarms, and network events.\nCreate, update, and track trouble tickets.\nTroubleshoot issues using established procedures and tools.\nEscalate issues to senior technical staff when appropriate.\nKeep customers and internal teams informed of issue status.\nAssistwith incident and Reason for Outage (RFO) documentation.\nMaintain network, customer, and plant records.\nAssistwith network documentation, mapping, service provisioning, and special projects.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation after appropriate training.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong communicationand customer service skills.\nInterestin computers, networking, and technology.\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nDependability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nAn associate's or bachelor'sdegree is preferred in information technology, computer science, networking, telecommunications, electronics, or a related technical field.\nEquivalent technical training, certifications, or relevant work experience will also be considered.\nIT, networking, technical support, customer service, or telecommunications experience is helpful but not required.\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP, fiber optics, or networking is a plus.\nCompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar certification is a plus, but not
