The Maintenance Technician, under the direction of plant engineer, will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance, repairing equipment, documenting maintenance and repair on lines within their shift. The Maintenance Technician must/will possess skills, knowledge and experience related to working on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment.\n Core Responsibilities:\nMust maintain a safety-first attitude and follow all company safety requirements.\nEnsures production lines and other equipment are always maintained and able to run\nCompletes work requests as defined by plant engineer, plant manager and shift leaders.\nServices lines by completing daily preventative maintenance.\nContributes to line commissioning after maintenance/process events\nAssumes a strong role in the understanding and implementation of plant projects\nOperates in a manner that provides value to the team\nPerforms additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management\nComplete tasks with other maintenance personnel while working within a team environment.\nQualifications:\n3 or more years in a similar position\nProven experience in working with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic\nStrong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment\nForklift certified\nAbility to read electrical/mechanical drawings a plus\nStrong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities\nStrong mathematical skills\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively\nMust be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment\nWork schedule flexibility, with advance notice, to accommodate needs of the business\nStrong electrical/mechanical aptitude\nMUST provide your own tools and have experience with a variety
