They will be adept at working cross-functionally, with teams as well as with other departments. This role will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.The Project Manager II will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline, and reporting. This will include working with stakeholders to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and provide updates regarding the status of projects.\nThe ability to lead projects of all sizes, coordinate, implement best practices, create and manage centralized dashboards, and communicate issues/risks/team progress will be critical to success.\nWhat you can expect to do in this role:\nResponsible for the alignment, coordination, and communication of projects including releases, integrations, and migrations, rollout of new tooling, and other projects as needed to support the Jamf portfolio. \nDrive and coordinate tasks/ dependencies/ roadblocks across the Jamf portfolio.\nDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress\nIndependently conduct project intake and requirements sessions in order to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders\nOwn changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs with a communication plan to stakeholders.\nAssist with facilitating stakeholder alignment/status meetings & portfolio communication.\nEscalate issues/risks/decisions to management.\nAs change occurs, new issues arise or scope increases:Gather and communicate dependencies/impacts.\nFacilitate trade-off conversations with stakeholders and project teams.\n\nCoordinate change control for changes within our tooling across the Jamf Portfolio.\nCreate weekly centralized dashboards to communicate issues/risks/stats.\nSupport an organizational culture that fosters quality, collaboration, high morale, and productivity.\nEnsure resource availability and assist with coordination of resources\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and internal stakeholders pertaining to scope, timeline, or resources.\nBe an active member of the PMO team by attending trainings and team meetings, and support other team members as needed.\nProvide mentorship to other Project Managers\nWhat we are looking for:\nMinimum of 2 years of project management experience (Required)\nWorking knowledge of JIRA, Confluence (Preferred)\nScrum and/or agile training (Preferred)\nWorking knowledge of Aha!, Domo, Salesforce, Monday.com (PD&D Preferred)\nWorking knowledge of ServiceNow SPM and/or other Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
