This role is West Coast-based to support client communication and internal collaboration in Pacific Time.\nYou’ll manage campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting-while serving as a trusted advisor throughout the campaign lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Sales, Client Services leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver excellent outcomes and a strong client experience.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCampaign Execution & Management\nLaunch and manage CTV/OTT campaigns end-to-end: forecasting, proposals, trafficking, targeting, QA, pacing, and optimizations\nMonitor campaign delivery daily and proactively resolve issues (creative approvals, pacing shifts, reporting discrepancies, etc.)\nEnsure campaigns align to client goals, flight dates, budgets, and performance expectations\n\nPerformance & Optimization\nAnalyze performance using impression-level analytics and core KPIs (delivery, reach, frequency, pacing, attribution, etc.)\nMake optimization recommendations and implement adjustments to improve performance and delivery consistency\nProvide clear insights and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders\nClient Communication & Support\nServe as the day-to-day client contact for campaign execution and performance updates\nDeliver recurring reporting and pacing updates; translate data into actionable takeaways\nRespond to client questions with clarity and urgency, escalating as needed\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with Sales on smooth handoffs, campaign scope clarity, and renewal readiness\nCollaborate with Product/Engineering/Operations to troubleshoot platform or delivery issues\nContribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for scaling campaign operations\n\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign execution (programmatic preferred;
