Aufgaben
- Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Kund:innen im Studio
- Terminvergabe & Organisation vor Ort
- Erstellung von Social-Media-Content (Instagram, Canva etc.)
- Planung & Versand von Newslettern
- Community-Pflege & Kundendialog online wie offline
- Mitwirkung bei Aktionen, Events & Kooperationen
- Ideenentwicklung zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebote
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Kundenbetreuung, Marketing oder Social Media
- Offenes, herzliches Auftreten & Teamspirit
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Gesundheit, Sport & Lifestyle
- Kreativität & ein Gespür für gute Kommunikation
