If you love working with data, care deeply about accuracy, and enjoy partnering with Finance and Payments to drive impact, this role is for you.\nThe Impact You Could Have\nPartner closely with the Finance and Payments teams to build, refine, and maintain the metrics, models, and dashboards that power Jane’s financial reporting.\n\nOwn end-to-end analysis: from understanding business questions → writing SQL/dbt models → building Looker dashboards → sharing insights clearly with stakeholders.\n\nDevelop and optimize Looker dashboards to support financial planning, revenue analysis, cost insights, and transaction-level reporting.\n\nMaintain and evolve core financial data models in dbt.\n\nTroubleshoot data quality issues, validate calculations, and ensure trusted, reconciled datasets that Finance and Payments can rely on.\n\nWork with ambiguous requirements, identify gaps, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into clear technical solutions.\n\nSupport the modernization of our data architecture by applying our best practices in modeling, documentation, QA, and performance tuning.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Support, and Marketing when financial data intersects or is needed.\n\nThe Experience We Feel We Need\n5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst in a high-growth or complex product environment.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker, able to write complex queries, model data, and build insightful dashboards.\n\nExcellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics and financial logic to non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to take initiative and ownership, work independently, and drive projects from concept to delivery.\n\nHigh attention to detail, especially with reconciliation, financial logic, metric definitions, and QA.\n\nExperience working with stakeholders in Finance (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops).\n\nExperience with GitHub/version control.\n\nMore About Jane\nJane is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS company with a remote-first team working across Canada, the US, and the UK, united by our mission to help the helpers.\nWe build the products and tools that thousands of clinics rely on every day to run their businesses, care for their patients, and grow their communities. This role has an annual salary range of $100,000 to $156,300. While that is a large range, it is intentional. It reflects the full growth journey someone might take in the role, from developing skills early on to becoming highly proficient and ultimately achieving excellence.\nWe believe in paying for growth.
