Your ability to engage confidently with senior leaders, including C-level executives, will make a real impact on our success.\nLocation\nFully Remote/ European Residence Mandatory\nCompensation\nSalary\nWork Schedule\nFull time/ Flexible working hours\nReports to\nTeam Lead\nMember of\nMarketing team\nTo be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role within a custom software engineering business.\n\nProven ability to communicate with senior executives and decision-makers at Fortune-500-caliber companies.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for C-level audiences.\n\nFoundational understanding of AI tools and workflows, enabling quick adaptation to advanced lead nurturing system that leverages multiple AI agents.\n\nExperience with CRM (Pipedrive or similar) and marketing automation workflows.\n\nComfortable using research and insights to craft personalised messaging that resonates.\n\nIdeal candidates will also have:\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn outreach tools, enrichment platforms, or prompt engineering concepts.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLead Nurturing & Engagement\n\nManage senior-level conversations with executives from Fortune 500 and enterprise companies in the USA.\n\nTake ownership of warm leads once they reply, guiding them through to meeting setup.\n\nWrite personalized, relevant follow-ups based on research insights to build credibility and trust.\n\nCollaboration with Sales & GTM Teams\n\nPartner with GTM Engineers to align messaging with campaign strategy and ICP pain points.\n\nProvide structured feedback on lead quality and campaign outcomes to improve targeting.\n\nHand off qualified meetings seamlessly to Sales Executives for deal closing.\n\nHuman-in-the-Loop AI\n\nAct as the human in the loop for our advanced AI-driven lead nurturing engine.\n\nFine-tune AI-generated outputs, adapt messaging for tone and context, and ensure quality before sending.\n\nSuggest new ideas and improvements to continuously advance the AI engine.\n\nBalance automation with human judgment to ensure communications remain authentic, relevant, and effective.\n\nCRM & Workflow Management\n\nManage leads in Pipedrive, ensuring every interaction is logged accurately.\n\nUse marketing automation tools to orchestrate multi-channel follow-ups.\n\nMaintain clean data to support pipeline visibility and reporting.\n\nWhy join Janea?
