You’ll learn from seasoned colleagues how to manage the moving pieces that keep our systems and processes running smoothly.\nAdditional responsibilities of this role might include:\nCoordinating document signatures and follow-ups\nAssisting with calendar management, maintenance, and updating\nCompleting audit-related tasks, such as tracking requests, and coordinating with other Jane Street teams to ensure proper follow-up\nDistributing monthly financials to counterparties, maintaining the distribution list, and updating it as relationships and requirements change\nCoordinating financial statement deliverables with the AML team during onboarding\nAssisting with credit card administration, including requesting new cards, managing limits, communicating with third-party vendors, and coordinating with banks in the event of fraudulent transactions\nCoordinating various processes, including capital moves and wires\nThis role provides a great introduction to our accounting function and the larger operations of the firm. Getting the details right in accounting is an extremely important part of our business and we take pride in our ability to stay on schedule without sacrificing accuracy.
