In this role, you'll help shape and care for how the firm looks across our many departments, programmes, spaces and events.\nOur work is deeply intellectual, so we're hoping to find someone who loves taking abstract ideas and turning them into clear, engaging designs that celebrate the thoughtful things our colleagues are doing across the company.\nThe variety of work is what our designers love most: you might find yourself creating print and digital assets for recruiting materials, giving a conference booth its visual identity, bringing our puzzles and games to life, developing swag and branded packaging, shaping logos and brand systems and much more. We work collaboratively, so you'll get to be a design generalist and pitch in wherever the team needs you.\nNo previous finance experience is needed-just genuine curiosity and an enthusiasm for interesting design challenges.
