the Position\nWe’re looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centres, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle.\nThis role covers a range of sites across the Asian market and will be based in our Hong Kong office, and working alongside our London office, to align global processes. \nAdditional responsibilities of this role will include:\nDeveloping, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers\nManaging the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment\nCoordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites\nWorking alongside our internal Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges\nHelping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible\nTroubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues\nManaging customs broking and paperwork arrangements for the importing and exporting of goods across global markets\nManage and oversee our warehousing providers\nEnsure real-time inventory data accuracy\nAbout You\nHave 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments\nHave demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency\nHave a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services\nAn experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management\nA strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills\nProficient in Excel and Google Sheets\nHave experience in
