The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of investment data, supporting front-office, risk, and downstream operational functions.\nThe Data Operations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying and resolving data issues, mitigating operational risk, and supporting regulatory compliance. The role acts as a day-to-day point of contact for internal stakeholders and external providers, contributing to continuous improvement and operational resilience.\nPerform day-to-day investment data operations activities, supporting effective coverage across all operational areas.\nSupport the end-to-end implementation of client and fund activity, including launches, closures, restructures, in-species events, changes of custody, and mergers.\nEnsure the timely and accurate processing of all data operations tasks, maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational control.\nContribute to operating model enhancements and process improvement initiatives, working closely with Operations leadership and peers.\nLiaise with portfolio management, technology, compliance, legal, and risk teams to follow and support the implementation of established procedures and protocols.\nAdhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, supporting audit and regulatory reviews as required.\nAct as a day-to-day operational contact for internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues appropriately.\nSupport the maintenance of operational policies and procedures, contributing to documentation and continuous improvement.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nConduct root-cause analysis on master data-related issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.\nPerform the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of security master data, ensuring accurate setup, updates, and controls.\nMaintain a working understanding of master data tools, downstream systems, and data quality rules.\nSupport Broker, Counterparty, and Issuer data onboarding and maintenance activities.\nReview and monitor data quality exceptions on a daily basis, investigating and resolving issues where appropriate.\nCarry out other duties as assigned\nWhat to expect when you join our firm\nHybrid working and reasonable accommodations\nGenerous Holiday policies\nPrivate Medical Insurance\nLife Insurance Cover\nPaid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community\nSupport to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more\nMaternal/paternal leave benefits and family services\nComplimentary subscription to Headspace, Apple Health, Strava\nAll employee events including networking opportunities and social activities\nAnnual SZÉP Card allowance\nMust have skills\nData Operations Expertise: Significant experience across the full spectrum of data operations, including investment data operations, data quality, and issuer/broker data.
