Global Technology consists of ~450 employees across the UK, the US, Australia, and other APAC countries.\nJanus Henderson has adopted Agile ways of working to support the effective delivery of technology and business change across its Value Streams.\nThe Delivery Partner is responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple teams, products and technology domains. This is achieved by driving alignment, removing impediments, managing dependencies and providing visibility of delivery performance. The role operates primarily at a Value Stream Level, partnering with Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Technology Leads and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and efficiently.\nThe Delivery Enablement Lead acts as a servant leader and delivery facilitator, helping teams maintain momentum while driving operational excellence, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.\nIn this role, you will play key role in:\nDelivery Planning\nOwn and facilitate Quarterly Planning activities for assigned Value Streams.\nSupport Value Stream Leads and Product Owners with roadmap planning, release planning, milestone tracking and dependency identification.\nDelivery Execution\nCoordinate delivery activities across products and Value Streams.\nMonitor progress against delivery commitments.\nEscalate issues and drive timely resolution.\nDelivery Leadership\nRepresent the Value Stream in governance forums, executive meetings and stakeholder engagements and when needed deputise for the Value Stream Lead.\nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels across Technology and Business functions.\nInfluence and facilitate executive decision-making to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.\nDependency & Risk Management\nEstablish and maintain visibility of cross-team dependencies.\nDrive resolution of dependencies, risks and issues that threaten delivery execution.\nReporting & Transparency\nMaintain key artefacts that: Ensure transparency of delivery commitments, milestones, timelines and agreed outcomes within technology and to business stakeholders.\nTrack and report on progress, priorities, delivery risks and key decisions across teams.\n\nTrack and report key delivery metrics.\nGovernance & Operational Excellence\nPromote consistent delivery practices across teams.\nDrive adherence to Technology Development Lifecycle (TDLC) standards, governance requirements and delivery tooling.\nCoaching & Continuous Improvement\nCoach Leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and teams in Agile principles and practices.\nAct as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.\nIdentify recurring delivery challenges, inefficiencies, and systemic bottlenecks.\nCarry out additional duties as assigned. \nWhat to expect when you join our firm\nHybrid working and reasonable accommodations\nGenerous Holiday policies\nExcellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to Wellhub\nPaid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community\nSupport to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more\nMaternal/paternal leave benefits and family services\nUnique employee events and programs including a 14er challenge\nComplimentary beverages, snacks and all employee Happy Hours\nMust have skills\nExperience working in the investment management function at an Asset Management firm or similar.\nStrong communication skills with experience of working with demanding stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience as a Release Train Engineer, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or equivalent leadership role within Agile environments.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including SAFe and Scrum.\nExperience leading large-scale, cross-functional delivery initiatives.\nExperience operating within complex, matrixed organisations.\nExperience managing distributed global teams and stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of dependency management, risk management, governance and delivery reporting.\nExperience with Agile delivery tooling, including Jira and associated reporting platforms.\nSAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile qualifications desirable.\nNice to have skills (or high willingness to learn on the job)\nExperience in Financial Services or related field\nKnowledge of risk, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to regulated industries.\nExperience supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupervisory responsibilities\nNo\nPotential for growth\nMentoring\nLeadership development programs\nRegular training\nCareer development services\nContinuing education courses\nCompensation information\nThe base salary range for this position is $150,000-$159,000.
