On behalf of TSOs, we auction the available long and short-term transmission capacity rights on all internal EU borders.\n\nOn the 1st of October 2018, JAO became the Single Allocation Platform (SAP) for all European Transmission System Operators (TSOs) that operate in accordance with EU legislation, since it is able to implement and fulfill all regulatory obligations and requirements. We provide accounting (clearing and settlement), contracting, reporting and project support services.\n\nAbout the job\n\nWe are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Team Leader to lead, supervise and develop the team, ensuring effective resource allocation, achievement of objectives and high-quality delivery, in line with the company's values. You will provide day-to-day guidance and support, monitor performance, manage escalations and foster a collaborative, motivated and performance-driven team culture. Alongside your people management responsibilities, you will oversee software development, architecture, integration, security and AI-enabled solutions, driving engineering excellence, automation and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, ITIL practices and ISO standards.\n\nKey activities in the position:\n\nLead the DevSecOps function, providing overall leadership and direction across software development, integration, architecture, DevSecOps engineering, security implementation and AI-enabled software delivery.\n\nMonitor changes of IT systems and ensure compatibility across IT systems.\n\nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, including architects, technical leads, developers, integration specialists, AI specialists and security-focused engineers, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability and delivery.\n\nLead the implementation of technical security controls and security improvements across applications, cloud platforms, development pipelines and integrations, coordinating vulnerability remediation, security hardening and implementation of security requirements within the team's scope.\n\nDrive technology, security and engineering transformation, identifying opportunities to improve development productivity, software quality, security posture, automation, delivery speed and operational reliability.\n\nEnsure appropriate security, quality and engineering standards are implemented and continuously improved.\n\nParticipate in business requirements and processes.\n\nLead the implementation, adoption and continuous evolution of the AI-enabled Secure Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SSDLC).\n\nProvide leadership and guidance for the DevSecOps team, ensuring architecture principles, security requirements, standards, patterns and technology decisions are established and consistently applied.\n\nProvide and anticipate solutions for business needs.\n\nEnsure applications, system and infrastructure is secure and up-to-date.\n\nDefine and measure KPI on processes owned including baselining and evolutions.\n\nOwn and continuously improve relevant technology and DevSecOps processes and performance.\n\nImplement, review and oversee CD/CI pipelines.\n\nStreamline and reduce delivery processes by creating procedures and automations.\n\nCoordinate monitoring and troubleshooting of infrastructure and application incidents escalated to Level3.\n\nReview IT service contracts and monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, ensuring timely follow-up and corrective actions where required.\n\nEnsure creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures.\n\nCoordinate delivery with business stakeholders, IT teams, project and program stakeholders, security stakeholders, external service providers and technology partners, resolving competing priorities, dependencies and resource constraints in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.\n\nPerform any ad-hoc activities in relation to the role. \n\nRepresent the DevSecOps function in management, technical and stakeholder forums when required.\n\nBe the backup the Head of Service Support and IT for the DevSecOps part.\n\nLeadership and Management:\n\nEnsure the teams are informed of changes in ITIL practices and ISO standards.\n\nEnsure appropriate internal controls, effective and efficient ways of working, policies and procedures.\n\nEnsure that adequate coverage is maintained during periods of team member absence.\n\nActive involvement and engagement with other team leaders and senior managers for cross departmental topics.\n\nRaise proposals of solutions to management, senior management and respective C-level when needed.\n\nCarry out all duties and expectations assigned to Team Leader's role, in alignment with the company’s Senior and Leadership Roles guidelines.\n\nBudget and Resource Management:\n\nControl the budget for IT private cloud infrastructure, support item, consultants and activities;\n\nEnsure efficient planning(in collaboration with company stakeholders), allocation and utilization of resources within the teams.\n\nWe are looking for someone with the following skills set:\n\nDegree Education Level in Information Technologies, Computer Science (2 years after A-Level), or equivalent.\n\nFluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills.\n\n8 years of relevant experience across software engineering, cloud, integration, architecture, DevSecOps or related disciplines. \n\nKnowledge of IT systems and networks.\n\nExperience with WINDOWS and LINUX environments.\n\nExperience with Databases (MySQL/MSSQL/PostgreSQL..) is an advantage.\n\nExperience with JAVA Enterprise framework and .Net is an advantage.\n\nExperiences with Azure Cloud or other cloud technology.\n\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in an international environment.\n\nProven experience in security implementation and security-by-design, including vulnerability remediation and cloud security.\n\nExperience driving technology transformation and adoption of new engineering practices, with exposure to AI-assisted software development, generative AI or AI-enabled Secure Software Development Lifecycle (AI-SSDLC) considered a strong advantage.\n\nIn depth knowledge of all IT systems and networks.\n\nInformation Security: Understanding of information security principles and practices.\n\nExperience leading teams in an international environment.\n\nDigital Services Improvement: Proven track record of developing and improving IT services.\n\nIndustry Experience: Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates can be beneficial.\n\nITIL Framework: In-depth knowledge of ITIL practices and principles for managing IT services.\n\nAble to execute tasks under strict deadlines.\n\nGood interpersonal skills.\n\nOpen-minded and proactive.\n\nDynamic, flexible and reliable.\n\nManagerial and leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of performance metrics.\n\nDynamic, with an excellent presentation, as well as written and spoken skills.\n\nAbility to listen, the Luxembourg law of July 23rd 2016 (as amended), the successful applicant will be required to provide a Criminal Record before signing the employment contract. \n\nWe offer\n\nSalary paid on 13
