Now, we’re charging ahead, focused on sustainable growth and scaling impact.\nAnd this is just the beginning!\nWhat's the role?\nWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run, and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. You'll own day-to-day campaign execution with a clear focus on revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition.\nWhat will be your responsibilities?\nPlan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping/Performance Max, Display, YouTube).\nOwn key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, and optimise campaigns daily to hit targets.\nStructure campaigns by category, price point, and audience (e.g., gold vs. silver vs. lab-grown, everyday wear vs. bridal, self-purchase vs. gifting).\nWork with the creative team to brief and test ad creatives, including product shots, model imagery, videos, and UGC, and identify what drives performance.\nManage product feeds and catalogues for Google Merchant Center and Meta Catalog, ensuring accurate pricing, imagery, and product data.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps.\nManage allocated budgets efficiently and recommend spend shifts based on performance.\nWhat’s required from you?\n1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with direct experience in the jewellery industry (D2C jewellery brands, jewellery e-commerce, or agencies handling jewellery clients).\nStrong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup, bidding strategies, and optimisation.\nGood understanding of the jewellery business: product categories, purity and certification (BIS hallmarking, diamond certification), pricing drivers, making charges, seasonality, and customer buying behaviour.\nExperience with product feeds, catalogue ads, and Shopping/PMax campaigns.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.\nGood communication skills and the ability to work closely with creative, product, and business teams.\n Good to Have\nExperience scaling campaigns for high-AOV products.\nExposure to Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.\nExperience with marketplace ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart).\nFamiliarity with influencer or affiliate marketing.\nUnderstanding of lab-grown diamonds, gold coins, or digital gold products.\nWhat makes us different?\nWe’re not just building a product - we’re shaping the future of savings in India.
