You will lead deep product analysis, define success metrics, run high-velocity experiments, and build scalable data systems that empower teams across the company. Projects could include: funnel conversion, retention analysis, pricing experiments, feature adoption deep-dives, and cohort behavior.\nPartner with Product & Growth teams: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and designers to define metrics, run experiments, and inform product decisions with robust data.\nBuild scalable reporting: Own the creation of dashboards and self-serve datasets in tools like Looker Studio to democratize access to insights across teams.\nDefine success metrics: Help teams measure what matters by building metric frameworks to track the impact of product initiatives and experiments.\nDrive experimentation rigor: Support A/B test design, statistical validation, and post-analysis, helping drive a test-and-learn culture.\nTell compelling data stories: Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders using crisp storytelling and visuals.\nMaintain data hygiene & quality: Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to ensure tracking accuracy and consistency across platform.\n What’s required from you?\n2-5 years of experience as a product analyst or data analyst, ideally in a B2C or fintech environment\nProficiency in Mixpanel is a must; hands-on experience with event-based tracking systems (eg: Mixpanel, Amplitude) is preferred\nStrong understanding of product analytics: Activation, retention, funnels, segmentation, and LTV/CAC modeling.\nExperience with data visualization and dashboarding\nExperience working with mobile-first user journeys and behavioral data\nBonus: Experience with Python or R or SQL for advanced analysis or automation\nBonus: Familiarity with dbt or Airflow for data transformation and modeling\n You’ll Thrive at Jar If You Are\n User-first & Product-savvy: You care deeply about user behavior and can connect data to real-world product impact\nCurious & Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions-you explore data, uncover patterns, and bring hypotheses to the table\nClear Communicator: You can simplify complex data for decision-makers and speak the language of both engineers and business\nCollaborative: You’re a team player who can work cross-functionally with growth, product, and tech teams\nOutcome-oriented: You focus on business impact, not just reporting numbers\n What makes us different?\n We’re not just building a product-we’re shaping the future of savings in India.
