This role is the operational owner of those publisher relationships.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Field & Digital Marketer \n\nLocation:Abuja (FCT) /Hybrid\n\nEmployment Type: Contract\n\nPosition Overview\n\n As the Field & Digital Marketer at Jaridi, you will drive business growth, client acquisition, and institutional partnerships in Abuja and environs.\n\n You will execute targeted direct sales strategies targeting key institutions, manage digital growth channels, and maintain a high-converting lead pipeline.\n\n This role requires an aggressive field-sales approach paired with data-driven digital execution to achieve key performance targets.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInstitutional Field Marketing & Sales Execution (60%):\n\n Identify, map, and engage targeted public and private institutions across Abuja to pitch Jaridi’s services.\n\n Conduct high-impact in-person presentations, strategic sales pitches, and follow-up meetings with institutional decision-makers.\n\n Negotiate service terms, build long-term relationships, and close institutional contracts to meet assigned growth metrics.\n\n Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and target institution feedback to refine sales scripts and value propositions.\n\nTargeted Digital Marketing & Campaign Management (40%):\n\n Design and execute targeted digital lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and direct email channels) tailored to institutional clients.\n\n Create high-converting marketing collateral, brochures, social assets, and digital pitch decks for direct outreach.\n\n Manage and optimize the lead pipeline using sales tracking tools/CRMs to ensure quick follow-ups and high conversion rates.\n\n Analyze campaign ROI, cost-per-lead, and conversion metrics to refine digital targeting strategies continuously.\n\nTarget Achievement & Reporting:\n\n Work against monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.\n\n Track daily outreach, scheduled meetings, field visits, and deal pipelines.\n\n Submit weekly and monthly performance reports directly to the COO, highlighting target achievements, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n Institutional Acquisition: Number of institutional leads contacted, meetings secured, and contracts closed monthly.\n\n Revenue Targets: Achievement of monthly net revenue quotas generated through field and digital channels.\n\n Digital Lead Conversion: Lead-to-client conversion rate from targeted digital campaigns.\n\n Pipeline Management: Total value of active institutional opportunities in the funnel.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\n\n Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.\n\n Experience: 2–4 years of proven B2B sales, corporate marketing, or institutional client acquisition experience within Abuja.\n\n Network & Mobility: Strong knowledge of the Abuja corporate and institutional landscape, with active mobility to conduct field visits independently.\n\n Digital Skills: Hands-on experience with targeted digital lead generation, social media advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), email outreach, and marketing analytics tools.\n\n Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for high-level institutional engagements.\n\n Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure with a strong closing ability.\n\nSalary\n\nN250,000 -
