Our restaurant celebrates seasonal menus, local produce and warm Norfolk hospitality, serving breakfast, lunch, coffee, cakes and summer evening events in our garden courtyard.\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.\nLead, motivate and develop the restaurant team.\nEnsure exceptional customer service at all times.\nManage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, rotas and service standards.\nWork closely with the kitchen, farm shop and management teams.\nMonitor stock levels, ordering and cost control.\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.\nSupport the planning and delivery of seasonal events and summer evening services.\nDrive sales and contribute to the continued success of the business.\nWhat makes a great candidate\nPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or hospitality manager.\nStrong leadership and people management skills.\nExcellent customer service and communication abilities.\nOrganised, proactive and commercially aware.\nPassion for quality food, drink and local produce.\nFlexible approach to working weekends and occasional summer evenings.\nWhat we can offer you\nAt Jarrolds, we truly value our colleagues and want everyone who works with us to feel supported, appreciated and well looked after.
