This role involves working closely with the Global Project Manager and key stakeholders from each department to complete operational project tasks on time. JOB DESCRIPTION:\n* Discovery documentation\n* Identification of system configuration and operational process gaps\n* Analysis of existing Business\n* Gap Analysis, including risk management\n* Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders from all departments\n* Define all Operational tasks in granular detail for the Project Manager to include in the project plan\n* Document Operational Business Requirements for IT (i.e. bank integrations, local accounting system integrations, tax solutions integrations, electronic billing,etc.)\n* Perform initial c1 testing and ensure successful UAT signoff by local management\n* Produce supplemental local training documentation if required (i.e. change customs clearance with banks, external portals, tax & statutory systems integrations,etc.)\n* Communication\n- Provide Project Manager with realistic operational task timeline estimations for accurate project planning\n- Communicate Operational task status periodically to Project Manager\n- Communicate Ops specific topics / instructions to Operations audience in alignment with SVP of Internal Audit & Compliance who is ad interim responsible.\n* Perform C1 Training\n* Ensure local Ops staff is practicing and able to perform all C1 process functions in Test system\n* Manage risk by publishing and communicating operational issues logs\n* Provide go live hyper care support\nStakeholders: Internal\n1) Local Accounting Management\n2) Project Team and Subject Matter Experts\n3) SVP Internal Audit & Compliance\nSUPERVISORY:\nThis position will manage employees\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance\n5+ (minimum) years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding and CargoWise C1\nThe candidate would have preferred exposure to project management or being part of a projectand Mergers & Acquisitions. They would also have experience with CargoWise C1, communication skills and commercial sense, business knowledge of forwarding and contract logistics and JAS standard process expertise.\nStrong understanding of System integration aspects using WiseTech CargoWise C1 software. Excellent understanding of C1 Master Data, Operational and Finance procedures. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
