He or she will be responsible for operational excellence, support product initiatives, filling, document processing and customer service function at the national level.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nResponsible of statistics and KPI´s of operational performance in the country/branch.\nResponsible in the relationship with IATA at National Level and fulfill with the operational requirements of IATA.\nAwareness to key import and export vertical market in order to work closely with M&S development.\nTo support in sub-contractor management function, supplier and control for agreement and monitoring of their performance (post landing services, customs clearance, etc)\nResponsible for customer services function, customer retention and cross selling in cooperation with M&S into the country.\nWork closely with partners and Sales Team to define necessary product to achieve the targets budgeted.\nTo Work in accordance to the compliance rules and policy.\nRelation with customers and Carriers.\nVisit to customers and potential customers together with the Sales Team for technical purposes.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct performance evaluation for direct reports, customer services department, Operational function structure.\nRecommend hiring, firing and promotion\nIdentify and resolve personnel issues\nOngoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n·Excellent organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal skills\n\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite\nDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines\nSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independently\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in transportation, ocean freight or international business preferred or equivalent.\n5+ years of airfreight product or scope focused in Business.\nKnowledge and experience in Air freight Operations duties.\nKnowledge in planning and cost control in Air Freight Product.\nMarketing & Sales orientated capabilities and business developing.\nHighly motivated leader who is adept at working in a competitive, challenging and fast-paced work environment.\nEnglish and Portuguese advanced proficiency language (written and speaking).\nENVIRONMENT:\n100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
