This position will be responsible for assisting the Regional Sales Support Manager and leading ad hoc quote requests. The Sales Pricing Analyst will be responsible for producing internal/external quotes and capturing the win/loss ratios by logging the feedback results in the system. Additionally, the Sales Pricing Analyst will utilize organizational resources to quote while ensuring timely responsiveness to ensure KPI adherence.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nUtilize JAS approved organizational resources for all quote operations\nDesign and deliver quotes for our clients; both internal and external\nEnsure compliance within the Company Sales Policy\nMonitor and review quote logs for win/loss ratio to drive business conversion\nProvide stakeholder guidance during client implementation of business\nAssist Regional Sales Support Manager on other tasks that may be assigned while meeting deadlines\nEnsure adherence to established productivity standards, KPIs and success ratios set by sales leadership\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nNone.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum 2 years’ experience working in a sales-oriented role.\nMust have operational experience in freight forwarding or logistics - handling air and/or ocean shipments.\nPricing international freight moves via Air & Ocean.\nOut of Gauge cargo pricing is a plus.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI.\nCargowise knowledge is a plus.\nExcellent interpersonal skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal skills\nDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines\nKnowledge of all regulatory (i.e., Customs) law, practices, and procedures\nSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independently\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nStrong analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel. \nExperience working in a sales-oriented role\nExperience working in logistics-oriented role\nHigh school diploma required\nCollege degree or equivalent experience preferred\nExtra languages a plus\nENVIRONMENT:\n100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
