Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.\nThe Logistics Manager - is responsible for develop strategies and implement changes to improve company logistics team and seek for development.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nTo lead and manage the logistics team to achieve company targets\nLiaise with the relevant parties for the setting up of logistics infrastructure in any new global markets\nDevelop and manage the logistics infrastructure, procedures, systems in any new global markets\nDesign SOP for new project and ensure SOP compliance\nManage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability\nSet up and refine daily logistics operations and procedures\nKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency\nSet up JAS’s e-Commerce center and to extend the logistics business development to SPRC\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProject Implementation Manager\nConduct performance evaluation for direct reports\nRecommend hiring, firing and promotion\nIdentify and resolve personnel issues\nOngoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level\nQUALIFICATIONS: \nGood analytical and program management skills; ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures\nStrong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills\nInternal/external sales skills\nExcellent organizational skills\nExcellent written and verbal skills, including presentation skills\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite\nDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines\nSelf-motivated, able to work in a team and independently\nEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: \nDegree in supply chain and logistics\n15 years’ experience in logistics operation, at least 5 years at supervisory level\nFamiliar with logistics process\nENVIRONMENT:\n100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
