trends in AV and lighting, especially within entertainment and theme park contexts.\nMentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians, fostering professional growth and high performance.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant safety codes, regulations, and standards.\nProvide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to final handover.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Audio-Visual Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.\nMinimum of 15 years’ experience in AV and lighting management with a focus on entertainment, theme parks, or similar venues.\nProven experience leading large-scale AV and lighting projects from design through commissioning.\nStrong knowledge of AV systems, lighting design, control systems, and integration techniques.\nFamiliarity with industry software and technologies related to AV and lighting (e.g., lighting consoles, audio processors, CAD software).\nExcellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.\nAbility to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of safety standards and regulations related to AV and lighting
