Facilities Operations & Management\nCoordinate day-to-day facilities management activities across the Workers Villages.\nEnsure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and operational procedures.\nConduct routine site inspections to verify facility conditions, service quality, and compliance.\nCoordinate with operations teams and service providers to resolve technical and operational issues.\nIdentify service gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.\n2. Hard Services & Maintenance\nMonitor maintenance activities covering mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, civil, building fabric, ELV, and fire protection systems.\nCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs.\nMonitor maintenance work orders and ensure timely resolution of faults and service requests.\nReview technical reports, inspection findings, and root cause analyses.\nIdentify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective and preventive measures.\nEnsure critical assets are maintained in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards.\n3. Soft Services Coordination\nMonitor the delivery of cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, pest control, waste management, and other environmental services.\nConduct service quality inspections and verify compliance with agreed scopes of work.\nCoordinate with service providers to address deficiencies and close out inspection findings.\nRecommend service improvements to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.\n4. Utilities & Infrastructure Management\nMonitor the operation and maintenance of potable water, sewage treatment, irrigation, electrical distribution, water storage, pumping stations, and associated utility systems.\nReview utility consumption and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.\nCoordinate investigation and resolution of utility failures and service interruptions.\nMonitor the condition and performance of utility infrastructure.\nEnsure utility-related activities comply with operational and environmental requirements.\n5. Health, Safety & Fire Life Safety\nEnsure facilities management activities comply with applicable HSE requirements and fire and life safety standards.\nParticipate in site safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.\nMonitor the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) procedures where applicable.\nIdentify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-conformances, and coordinate corrective actions.\nSupport emergency preparedness and ensure reported safety issues are addressed promptly.\n6.
